Mineral Makeup & Halloween – Natural Beauty News
It was a fun experience to find how well this makeup did in creating the “Rockstar Zombie”.
The grease paint was wearing off as fast as it was put on and the green and black grease ha, shouldn’t of even tried. Brainstorm, use the mineral makeup. The Petal Veil was perfect to lock in the white stuff but instead of using the other colors we used Moss Multi Purpose and Black Multi Purpose and the red grease paint. The pale zombie rockstar was a hit and the makeup stayed on the whole day, with lots of compliments how well the makeup was blended to make her look so cool!

SAVORY CRANBERRY FACIAL WASH – Free Beauty Recipes
Issue# 11 – 1 -74
With Thanksgiving this month I thought to bring some tradition, hence Savory Cranberry Facial Wash, but in the way of a beauty recipe
Enjoy!
Brought to you by The Spa Index
Did you know the acidity in cranberries works as a mild astringent and toner? Did you know that the Greeks originally considered Savory to be an aphrodisiac? Cranberry and Savory posses antiseptic properties similar to those found in oregano and thyme, and help cleanse the skin of excess oils.
- 1 tablespoon dried savory leaves, crushed
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cranberries
Steep the dried savory in boiling water in a small bowl, for fifteen minutes. Strain the liquid and set it aside. Puree the cranberries in a blender, and strain the fruit from the liquid. Discard the fruit, and save the juice. Combine the savory water and the cranberry juice, soak into cotton pads, or a fine textured washcloth, and press against your face for fifteen minutes, avoiding the eye area. Remove pads or cloth and rinse with warm water.
